Check with your staff:
Determine what training is needed
Be sure there will be at least 5 participants. We do not need the names prior to the workshop. Following the workshop the participants will be entered into pdexpress so that they will get credit for the hours.

Day of training:
It is helpful if participants bring any print material, digital images, digital documents, etc. that they will be needing for their sections.
Let your office staff know where the training will be and who will be checking in to present the workshop.
Remind the participants of the room, time, what to bring, and what their usernames and passwords are.
Prepare the participant computers in the training room.
